Swedish Massage:
       This is the most well known and widely used form of therapeutic massage, known for long, flowing strokes and gentle transitions. Relaxing, calming, and nurturing, it is a great way to unwind and loosen tight muscles. Light to medium pressure is used.

Deep Tissue Massage: 
       This is a more intense massage that releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and specific deep pressure. Not recommended for those in fragile condition or during pregnancy.
