Q: Where are you located? A: 4oo 7th North Street Liverpool, NY 13088. Our office is connected to the Maplewood Inn Hotel. Hotel entrance is on the 2nd floor. There is also a public entrance on the back side of the hotel, in the same parking lot as the 7th North Buffet.
Q: What are your hours? A: We are open Monday through Saturday, by Appointment from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m.
Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: Please notify Elan 24 hours prior to your appointment of any changes or cancellation, so that we may release your obligation an fill your time slot. Any appointment not cancelled by 24 hours will be charged full price for that appointment.
Q: Do you offer gift certificates? A: Absolutely! You may purchase a specific treatment or a dollar amount. Massage treatments are infallibly excellent gifts for your friends and loved ones. Treat someone to a very special gift for Christmas!!
Q: What are your methods of payment? A: Cash, travelers cheques, visa, mastercard, amex and discover.
Q: Can I leave a gratuity? A: You certainly can, that is up to you. Gratuity is not included in any of the treatments. If you would like to leave gratuity on your credit card, it has to be included before the ring of the sale.
Q: Do you offer salon services (hair, nails)? A: Elan specializes solely in massage therapy and body treatments that incorporate massage into the techniques. We are dedicated to ensuring that our guests receive the best massage available, and take great pride in the training of our therapists.
